"Long wait because I'd the lunch crowd, which was understandable, however the roast beef sandwiches became lukewarm while waiting on the fries and chicken sandwich. They should've not bagged the roast beef until the fries and chicken were ready. It was too busy for us to ask and wait for fresh and hot roast beef sandwiches bc the wait would have caused the chicken sandwich to get cold. We paid $26 for 2 for $5 reg roast beef sandwiches, a crispy chicken sandwich, med curly fry and a 4pc fried Mac and cheese bites. Even understanding is inflation, still feel it was overpriced especially when some of the meal was lukewarm. The staff was very courteous given the rush of customers."
"The people were friendly, but my simple order was wrong (glad I checked my bag as I was walking out), half of my curly fries were stuck together into a giant ball and the other half were overcooked and dry, and there was hardly any lettuce on my gyro.... like a half pinch. Disappointing, as I was hoping to make this a weekly stop."
"We were missing several items from our large order! The person behind the counter argued with us about the miss items. They got very hostile with us! The manager finally stepped in to help, at least we received our sandwiches. We were still short two orders of French fries. Our order was $94 plus change. We were amazed at the poor customer service here! It will be a very very long time if ever that we will come back to this location."
