"My experience at Ruby Tuesday was decent. The restaurant ambiance was pleasant, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The service was a bit slow, and it took some time to receive our orders. While the presentation of the dishes was nice, the flavor and taste were not outstanding. Our Phillys spent too much time on the grille, my spouses too salty, limited soft drink options, and a too frequently apologetic waiter assured we wouldn't be back soon."
"Absolutely terrible! Ordered prime rib steak, what a joke! Steak was thin as paper. No straws for drinks. Silverware had dried food on it. Server said it was because they just rinse the silverware, they don't actually wash it. Extremely cold, felt like air conditioner was on. Server came to our table three times (took order, brought food, brought check)."
"I've been visiting this location since I was a child and was thrilled to revisit for lunch on my 30th birthday. The wait to be seated was short and our server was quick and friendly. The interior has been changed since I'd last been and I get the feeling Ruby Tuesdays has a bit of an identity crisis, the overall impression being that of an upscale sports bar you could bring your grandma to. But it's not unpleasant. The appetizers arrived right on time, with our entrees arriving shortly after. While the spinach dip was fantastic, my smash burger was overcooked and the patties did not reach the edges of the bun. It wasn't a bad burger by any means, but I was still somewhat disappointed when it arrived. Aside from the burger, everything else was fantastic and made for a lovely lunch celebration. I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area."
