"There are some very rude people who work here. I ordered my iced coffee this morning, and received the wrong size. I simply told the lady that’s the wrong size. She didn’t like that. Straight attitude! Not my fault you can’t do your job correct. You really should train your employees to have some customer service skills."
"came through the drive through 1/16/2024 @5:50pm lady who took my order was very sarcastic with me when i asked to get an iced drink blended, said they didn’t have that option when i have ordered the exact same thing before with no problem. she didn’t have a name tag so must’ve been pretty new never seen her there before, had brown hair and a dark red shirt. kept it short and shut the window in my face. i did not appreciate that kind of customer service. especially if i didn’t do anything to deserve it"
