"Pretty good atmosphere but food is not all that and the customer service is terrible you sit for a good 20 min before they even take your order and even then they mess it up and by the time you get your food you just want to eat and leave I will not be back to this location ever again"

"Been here 3 times and have always had bad service. You'll have to ask your server three different times if you want something. This last time though... takes the cake and I will never come back to this location. They changed the BOGO tuesday deal to a members only thing. Stupid but whatever. I sign up for the member program and order my wings. I get the bill and they charge me for half of my free set of wings. I said that the deal ON THE PLACARD at the table says BOGO and they insist it's buy one get one half off. The deal didn't say BOGOHO it said BOGO. Don't waste your time going here."

"Awful management. I ordered a Long Island ice tea and it wasn’t made even close to correctly. It wasn’t even drinkable. The manager had no intentions of fixing the drink or replacing it. Literally forced us to pay for a drink we couldn’t even drink. She was very rude and had an attitude from the get go. I’m not sure what her name was but she was the only African American manager. We reported it to corporate as her customer service was very poor. I’m not sure how she made it to management seeing she doesn’t know how to interact with customers appropriately or problem solve."

"Always great to spend $80 on wings and get home, after waiting an hour for them, to find out the flavors are wrong. In addition, there were no carrots or celery, and the ranch were both upside down and leaking. As if that wasn't enough, the hair in the wings was the icing on the cake."

"Really good food, but the service was very slow. Burgers are good here! Got the hatch Chile bacon burger. That alone was 10/10! Also got some kind of loaded BBQ tots, would order again, they were so good"
