"We just walked out of IHOP! We came in and waited for 15 min to be seated. A young man told us he had been waiting for 10 min longer than we had. The “Hostess” was not handling the seating station when we entered. She nonchalantly walked up and we pointed to the young man to be seated first. She seated him at a booth and when I asked for a booth she said a half booth and half table is all we have. Then the party of two that came behind us was seated in a full both right after us. We sat there for 10-15 min waiting for the server to come and take our drink order. The party after us was approached immediately and got drinks and we still sat waiting for anyone to acknowledge us. I told my daughter if the server came back and left again without speaking to us we would leave. He once again came and went and we got up and left! They were not busy by any means, there were plenty of seats available, there were two guys in the kitchen and at least 4 people serving. I may never go back to this place! Terrible neglectful!"
"Stopped here for a late lunch on a long drive. The food was great & the dining environment was nice, only issue was the service was slow despite not being very crowded so it turned into a longer stop on our trip than expected. I would definitely come here again, just probably not if looking for a comparatively quick road trip lunch."
"My Busy Friendly Waitress was KIND and Knew Her Menu. She was Training a New Girl too for Whom I just Loved also. I Already have Forgotten Their Names, I'm so Embarrassed. She is a Beautiful African American Hard Working Mother in Her Twenties. I want Her to have Credit due making Our Wonderful Breakfast so Delightful!! She had a Beautiful Smile too. I think Waitresses of America Should be Paid more than $2.13 per hour plus Tips! That's absolutely Insane for it's 2023 Not 1993!!! My Pictures Below Explain How Delicious the Food was and I will definitely Return and Eat Here again! The Menu has Changed! IHOP is Expensive but the Food is Good. My Eggs were not Cooked How I ordered Them. My Waitress Went Back without charging Me, made Sure My Eggs were Served Right. THANK You IHOP ! delicious Food served Perfectly and Your Coffee ☕ was so Good."
