KFC

"Order the mac and cheese in a K5 with large drink and fries the chicken is overcooked so are the fries a bit mac and cheese is 3 out of five stars chicken is one fries are two. Overall disappointed. This particular locations food is not great. On a side note in reference to KFC as a whole i think it was a bad move that they got rid of popcorn chicken. This will be the last time I go to a KFC until they get their stuff together."

"I'm giving to stars only because of friendly customer service. Got the $20 dollar fill up box, first of all fries were cold and hard like they had been sitting for hours. I drove back through and they made fresh ones and were very nice about it. Second of all got home to old hard nuggets. Third realized the tortillas on my wrap were stale and inedible. I'm so disappointed!!!!! After a long day at work, Spent $35 dollars on old, hard food with 3 kids to feed. Just a complete waste of my hard earned money. I have to recommend that if you want KFC....do NOT GO to this location. I would like to mention again the two women, the one that took my order and payment and the one that gave me my second order of fries were EXTREMELY nice. They may however need to do something about the cooks because they knew the food was old and served it anyway. I work in the food service industry and try to be understanding and avoid bad reviews but this was not right and I feel robbed."

"Was the most dry and worst tasting chicken I've had my entire life... I'm 44. Got a 16 piece meal,tried picking at a couple pieces, ultimately had to throw it all away and wasted $37.. It would barely even pull apart with fingers it was so dry.used to be good when I was a kid, never in my life will I go back for sure..as matter of fact it was the single worst meal I've had in the 13 years I've lived in Harrisonburg. Should be ashamed to serve that"

"Wouldn’t recommend. I can’t believe they would even serve this crusty food to anyone. Chicken tenders hard as a rock and not even edible, looks like they have sat under the warmer for days. Absolutely disgusting for the price they want to charge for their food. KFC at both locations in Harrisonburg are always terrible service and food. When it is actually fresh KFC is so good, but that is like a once in a lifetime shot like winning the lottery for your order to be right or your food to be fresh."

"Kentucky Fried Chicken is a very wonderful place to get fried chicken and all the fixing on the side done the right way. The only thing that disappoints me about KFC is that they no longer have chicken livers. But I really do enjoy their new chicken pot pies that they have."
