"I walked into Edwards Hearth and Home over three years ago, to talk about replacing my woodstove fireplace insert with a gas one. Deborah was immediately helpful and encouraging. It took three years for me to finally sell the woodstove and have it removed to make way for a wonderful Valor G3. All of the service people who have come out (to do the chimney inspection, cleaning and repair, as well as the insert installation) have been friendly and polite and clearly knowledgeable, and Deborah has continued to give me great personal customer service.
