"Diego from Mountain Valley Home Comfort arrived right on time at the beginning of the service window, diagnosed the problem immediately with my AC unit, had the part on his truck, and had my unit up and running in no time! He rolled over my service call into a yearly maintenance plan to save money and added that to the cost of the part. He also noted that if my heating bill had gone up that my unit probably was having problems prior to the call for AC service so he was diligent and very astute, as it had risen by about $35 a month for the past few months, suggesting my unit was using Emergency heat. I was highly impressed with the timeliness, thoroughness, and expert completion of the service call, along with the knowledgeable, competent, and cheerful demeanor of the service representative, Diego, and highly recommend MVHC for your Air Conditioning/Heat Pump needs."
