Papa Johns Pizza

"The young man that was here...the evening of January 16, 2024, gave me great, kind, friendly service. Made me feel every welcome there. This was a little after 7pm. His name is Mike, if I remember correctly."

"I have always liked Papa Johns pizza but today I ordered a delivery and one of the pizzas came like this. The garlic sauce came broken and fell on the pepperoni pizza. They should check the orders very carefully before delivering them. They should not deliver the pizza in bad conditions. meal"

"Normally, we would give 5 stars for this Papa John's location as they have great pizza and great customer service. However, on this particular visit the food was not perfect. The top of our pizza was perfectly cooked but the bottom of the pizza was not brown at all and noticeably undercooked. So, it was still good but not great."

"I’ve ordered from here countless times. I place my order though the papa johns app for pick up and it’s always ready on time when I arrive to get the pizza and i’ve never had any issues."

"My teenagers went inside and ordered some food and they were overcharged and the guy who took the order name Daniel did not want to refund the money and try to make an excuse on why he shouldn’t. He said because my children are 14 and 15 that it is their fault that they couldn’t order the food correctly. When I corrected the young man Daniel I told him that my children are old enough to order what’s correct Daniel did not speak very much English and argued that I didn’t have much education he continued on to be in so disrespectful to me and making excuses not to give me my refund I therefore ask for the manager and he said that he was the manager therefore I asked for the owner and he said he could not give me the number I found the security guard that worked for the center to come help me get my refund and she totally help me thank God. Please guys do not order from Daniel he is so disrespectful and he will get your order in correctly and not hold himself accountable. He went on insulting me and my education. Hopefully this gets to the owner since he did not want to give me the number to reach the owner and complain about my complaint. Hopefully you guys look in the camera and see how disrespectful he was being towards a customer that is no way Miss treat a customer absolutely wrong."
