Domino's Pizza

"Disgusting customer service. Pizza had NO cheese, called the manager and he hung up once I told him what was wrong. Wont pick up any calls after that, immediately ends the call. Never buying again."

"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with a Domino's store. They misdelivered my pizza, showed no willingness to rectify the situation, and when the cold and soggy pizza finally arrived, it was inedible. The manager's indifference, refusal to refund or remake the order, and poor service make it a store I strongly recommend avoiding."

"I ordered from this store for delivery multiple times. The quality of pizza is good around 70%, I only complained them one time for totally messed up the order, delivered me not what I ordered, but today order it is unacceptable. I ordered 2 pizzas: 1 specialty and 1 free reward 2 toppings, delivery time is fine, pizzas look good, I ate few slices and taste is good but you know what ? After biting another piece I feel it didn't taste like pizza I spit it out, you know what I see, it is black soil in pizza bread, I think it mixed with dough then bake, it is not the black thing of burn bread, it is more to me like black soil you use in your garden. I took pictures of them here. This totally ruined my eating mood. I will never get pizza from this store ever again. I can accept order messed up but I can't accept this."

"Horrible service. Ordered delivery and when the driver got here he harassed and complained about his tip. His first words were “I can see why nobody wanted to take your order” As if anybody asked for his thoughts. He then proceeded to say if we didn’t have money then to not tip at all. I think your workers, and anybody in general, should be more grateful for whatever they receive. This shows that these workers are clearly allowed to behave like this and nothing will be done to them. I hope they lose their job soon or learn how to communicate with their customers better because this is absurd. Not only this but the food was cold, missing items, and the pasta we received was nearly empty and looked like somebody had touched it. I can’t imagine any person/worker to be this disrespectful over not getting a certain amount of tip. If I could rate 0/5 stars I would. This is my first time ever writing a complaint and never believed this would happen to me. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else."

"I asked for extra sauce when I ordered but ended up getting nothing but dough. the pepperoni and sausage one seemed somewhat decent with the little amount of sauce they put on. I called them and said there was nothing they can do and that the manager claimed all their pizzas had sauce on them and there were no pizzas that didn't have sauce. didn't seem like it to me. not ordering from them again that's for sure"
