"Was wanting just an ice coffee for the road, so I stopped by here. Did not know there was a $10 minimum for card pay and the cashier didn't seem pleased but went ahead anyways with my order. I tipped an extra buck but I really shouldn't have. Ended up paying $7 for a barely half filled cup! I literally finished it in a couple of sips. I've never received such little amount at any other Viet place. If you didn't want to take my order, I gladly would have gone elsewhere. I'm never coming back here again as there are a hundred other Viet establishments in the area that won't cheat you like here."

"Went there for early dinner so parking was not an issue. I had Pho with chicken. The broth is absolutely delicious. The Shrimp Garden Rolls are made fresh and a must appetizer. Our servers were Huang & Phong who were attentive."

"Ordered take out and was disgusted by what I got. Hair on the meat and I asked for the hoisin sauce and got a tea spoon of hoisin sauce in the container. I asked for sate sauce as soon as I opened the lid the smell over whelmed me and I look at it closely and I see a slimy brown thing in the container that made me loose my appetite. It all went in the trash! Disgusting. We used to order from here one a once a week not sure what happened but I will never be getting food from here ever!"

"Pho Hai Duong, located in Seoul Plaza, offers an authentic Vietnamese culinary experience that will transport you straight to the bustling streets of Vietnam. As a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, I have frequented this restaurant numerous times and it has never failed to impress me. One of my favorite dishes at Pho Hai Duong is the "com chien bo luc lac," which is a delicious combination of flavorful beef stir-fried with garlic and fragrant jasmine rice. The beef is tender, succulent, and perfectly seasoned, creating a delightful symphony of flavors. The portion size is generous, making it a satisfying and filling dish that leaves you wanting more. Another standout dish is the "bun mang vit," which features tender duck meat cooked with bamboo shoots in a rich and aromatic broth. The noodles are perfectly cooked and soak up the flavors of the broth, creating a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. The dish is garnished with fresh herbs and lime, adding a refreshing touch that enhances the overall experience. The menu at Pho Hai Duong goes beyond these two dishes, offering a wide range of authentic Vietnamese delights, including their famous pho, banh mi, and traditional Vietnamese desserts. The ingredients used are fresh, and the attention to detail in the"

"Even with all the Vietnamese restaurants in the area, I feel that this place is one of my usual go to. Located in a small shopping center off the main road, you could miss it. Inside is decorated like most pho shops. Depends on the day it can be busy. I find their food is pretty consistent every time I go. I always go with my favorite, Bun Bo Hue and my wife usually get vermicelli bowl. Their cha gio is always crispy and hits the spot! We usually like to get other items here and there to try. Service is pretty quick and prices are competitive with other restaurants. If I have to nitpick sometimes it does smell like cleaning solution inside. I definitely recommend checking this place out when you have a craving for Vietnamese food!"
