"The box I received was terrible, it does not close properly which is hard for me to store for next day use. I was annoyed but ultimately let it go. Then, I noticed that someone left a garlic cup ON TOP of my pizza, which turned my annoyance to frustration. But then, after speaking to customer service about this, I was treated with extreme disrespect and disregard for my complaints. I can usually let a lot go when it comes to the food industry because I used to work in it, but after being spoken that way I had to write a review. Your employees need to go through more customer service training. I will no longer buy food from this location anymore! I will be taking my business to West Springfield (Rolling Road)."

"On October 20th, I waited an hour for my order. The staff apologized for their inability to keep up with demand. I felt sympathetic for them since a few of their employees seemed rather new. Thirty minutes later, I noticed that there were no pizzas moving through their oven. It became apparent that the delay wasn’t due to an overwhelming demand but rather to their incompetence. I will not be ordering from this location any more."

"Normally, I do not give out all star's. The last time (over a year ago) I ordered from this Papa John's the pizza was not good. Today I took the chance on ordering again from this same Papa John's. The pizza was great! It does matter who/team work when making/preparing. Please do not change this staff! Thank You!"
