"Would give 0/5 if able. Gaslit by employees that I didn’t have money in my account when their payment system failed / froze. Was entertaining to see their faces when they restarted the computer and the same card worked to purchase my meal. Won’t be coming back :)"
"Customer service could be better. I was rushed to order and constantly asked “what else, what else”. Went a second time, they had an hour left and the place was just dirty. My teenage daughter ate it but I just could not eat it. There was also a lack of toppings and multiple people were waiting. I guess Burke’s Chipotle will not be the place I go."
"We just got home with our carry out order after waiting an hour in the store past the scheduled pick up time. The salad we paid for with extra chicken had no lettuce and about 5 pieces of meat. Every time we order carry out the order is wrong. This is the last time and we will not be back."
"This chipotle is so bad. Every time I order I always hope this is the time it will be better and it’s just constant disappointment. This burrito is supposed to have beans, corn, and steak. Halfway through and all I got were bites of undercooked rice, sour cream and cheese, and tomato. Done giving them more chances and money. Don’t waste either here."
