"Usually good experience but the latina women were looking at me crazy for not speaking Spanish. Get someone who can talk English clearly and understand it well. Don't have a problem with Spanish but don't want rude treatment because I don't speak in the language they prefer."
"Lady was rude nobody smiled at me but made sure to smile heavily at my husband. They didn't know how to use the coupons and acted like it was our fault. Took up our whole lunch break trying to figure out how to ring us up. Dr. Pepper was flat and the bathrooms were locked."
"I tried the online pickup option earlier this week. My fear was that the quality would not be as good; not as much care would go in to making the sandwich since I was not physically there watching it be made. Quite the opposite! The quality of the sandwich was GREAT! I was in and out in about 30 seconds and my entire lunch break took less than 30 minutes. The sandwich was delicious too! I will be using the online ordering tool much more often! Thanks Subway!"
