"Im currently going through financial problems and ordered a promotion from the app and the manager seemed irritated about it. Then I asked for a water cup and the manager tried to lie about not having any. She lost her composure when I came back with my own water cup and called the police on me. Wish there was more to the story but that's all the details I have."

"So I'm getting off work and I'm hungry. Stores are packed. People everywhere. Well anyways..I'm hungry. I go to my favorite McDonald's in Manassss and I order thru drive thru. Some how my food got mixed up and I paid for some else's food. They were busy but the ladies at the cash register went straight to Ms. Sonia who immediately flew into action! She quickly refunded my money and reorderd my food!! She was kind and compassionate. She thanked me for giving her the opportunity to fix the food and check. I was thanking her!! She was an angel . Kind, courteous, professional and understanding. Not only did I take the survey for the store I came here because it didn't allow me to talk about Sonia!! Give her a raise! Give her that store!! Her team is compassionate , quick and honest. Thank you Ms. Sonia for your help and kindness! Happy Thanksgiving!"
