"Brought the fam here to try the Manassas bbq scene and they did NOT disappoint. Omg never have I taken the family out and everyone was either full or cleaned their plate. Ribs were on point; tender and juicy with a perfect smoke. As a fellow smoker I appreciate the craft. My wife got the turkey and she loved it. Grandma got the brisket sandwich...empty plates all around. In my bbq experiences usually places have good meat and mediocre sides but this place had good sides as well. Beans were on point. Mac n cheese came hot and baked in a little tiny cast iron pan. The cole slaw was good too. I had the 3 meat platter and I cant wait to dig into these leftovers tomorrow. Highly recommended."

"A pretty good BBQ spot, the ribs were really good. There is a lot of seating inside and some outdoor seating for the warmer days. I enjoyed the house made barbeque sauce to dip my brisket in. It's some good old fashioned small town barbeque. Stop in if you're in town. It's worth it."

"for me overall this place is all right, pretty solid barbecue, but nothing super amazing. I have eat here 2/3 times, and the service was always solid when dining in, never had a bad experience or anything to complain about when it comes to service. The brisket & ribs are great. The ribs are always so tender and the meat falls off the bone. Maybe it’s because I’ve came in each time early before 2pm ish, but I really wish my half chicken was a lot more tender. I believe the first time it was close, but not quite. The meat itself is great it’s just it’s hard to pull apart. The brisket chili, I was not too fond of, they do give you a good amount of brisket in it and it’s good brisket, but it is a watery soup with beans & it was spicy, I don’t mind spice, but even I can say that it was spicy about a 5/6 out of ten on spice level, and besides spicy, It didn’t really have any other flavor. Just a slight smoky taste from the brisket. I expected it to be like a little bit more of a sweet chili type of chili The potato salad was really good, I love their cornbread muffins so so much. And for the price you actually do get a lot of protein. It’s a nice lively area in downtown Manassas too Delivery was fast and on time and everything was packaged nicely. Tip: i’m not sure if they put barbecue sauce directly on top of their meats, but I’m usually not a fan of that, so I’ve always asked for the sauce on the side here & at all bbq places"

"The food is always served fresh and flavorful. Employees are nice. Cost is average for the area. The Bone offers a decent size menu to pick from."
