Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I place and order for two bowls and two quesadillas but half the of my order was wrong. They forgot to add chicken on my bowl and I asked for a cheese quesadilla and they added chicken to it. I think they need to take time and read correctly the orders and not get distracted with other not work related topics."

"It’s so crazy that people think that they can speak to you any kind of way they’re not the owners of chipotle they don’t own anything in there, but they think they can just talk to you any kind of way. I had a large catering order that was picked up by a rep that was coming to my office. Somethings were missing off of the order and somethings were made incorrectly. Everybody is human people makes mistakes. I understand that I took the bow. I drove 5 miles to take the food back to let them know that some things were wrong. Some things were left off. She could have made a mistake. Y’all could’ve made a mistake let’s not point fingers. Can we just fix it can we please add some sour cream cheese, and lettuce to the bowl because it only had rice and pinto beans the man Proceeded to argue with me about it on the receipt, saying oh on the receipt here it doesn’t say that you want cheese and like I explained to him again people make mistakes. Maybe she accidentally left it off but I’m telling you we want cheese and lettuce on this bowl. Can you please add it? He’s proceeded to show me the receipt again so I had to tell him, sir the cheese, lettuce and sour cream are free. Why are you going back-and-forth with me just added he still was going back-and-forth with me. I asked the cashier if I could speak to a manager and he told me that was the manager, so that’s why I’m putting up a review because there’s no one to talk to because he was the manager some people just don’t know how to speak to people ."

"This is hands down one of the worst run Chipotle’s I have ever been to!!! Note, this is not the first time I have had a subpar experience at this location, but the experience I had today was ridiculously bad and disrespectful!! I came in to get a bowl, while in line, the employee doing the rice (I assume she was the manager as she had on a different color shirt from everyone else), started yelling to the back to bring out more rice, a couple of younger kids who were working in the back just looked at her, laughed, and continued to joke and play. After about another 5 minutes, the employee who was working the rice area (who initially greets customers, this manager), just walked away and stormed in the back and started making rice and doing other stuff, no one came to replace her, and myself and others were just left waiting in line with no explanation or anything! Another 10 minutes later she finally came back and resumed taking orders, and with an attitude towards the customers (not an apologetic bone in her body), meanwhile she was laughing and joking with the other employees! The employees here are children, they have NO RESPECT for the paying customers! They seriously need some customer service training!! They act like they are serving cake and ice cream at a child’s birthday party!! The lack of character and service is pathetic!!!"

"I went to pick up some Chipotle last Sunday. It was a line but its not unusual for a restaurant to have a line nonetheless, when I approached the first person, he seemed so overwhelmed and rolled his eyes when I asked for lettuce before rice, he then gave me whatever lettuce he had there, passed me down to the next person, she was talking to her co worker and was not paying attention to what I wanted and she kept joking with him and looking at me asking "what else" rude as ever, she was more concerned with joking with the co worker than working. It was horrible service, food was dry, just horrible experience all around."

"Unfortunately, my recent experience with this Chipotle store was highly disappointing. Despite placing the order well in advance, my order was not only late, but it hadn't even been printed or started by the time of arrival. To make matters worse, it was evident that the staff lacked professionalism and prioritized themselves over customer service. I witnessed an employee stopping the order process to tend to her own meal, disregarding both mine and another customer's time. Furthermore, the order itself was not prepared as requested. I specifically ordered double meat online, but it was a disappointment to find out that this request was completely ignored. On top of that, the order was missing the toppings that were supposed to accompany the meal. This is unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money spent on this order. Overall, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the experience I received today. The lack of efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail displayed by the staff is disheartening. It is truly unfortunate that such a reputable establishment failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I hope that this feedback can encourage the necessary improvements to prevent future customers from experiencing similar frustrations."
