"I was at RR 2 days ago for lunch. I have a handicap in which I have to use 2 sticks to walk. The manager, I believe his name is Steven, went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Part of the sidewalk was icy. He first came out with salt, then a shovel, then (this is amazing) carpets from the front entrance and placed them back to back on the sidewalk to make sure I was 100% safe. It was funny, considerate and caring at the same time. I honestly don't know when I've been treated better by anyone in a restaurant. Also, my friend and I go to RR often. The wait staff is wonderful, couldn't be more accomodating and friendly. ."
"This is a place the kids love to go to. They like the balloons, mac and cheese and games on the TV. It's getting a little weird lately with the trans server. It looked like they were going for both a man (beard) and woman (everything else) identity at the same time. I don't know why they would seat a family with young kids at that table. I think we can find a new kid favorite easily enough."
"We showed up as soon as they opened, the host welcomed us in and brought us to a table. We were greeted by our server, who gave us their name but I unfortunately can’t remember. I do know the server was very phenomenal. We got our food pretty quickly and our food tasted very yummy!"
"Maybe I wasn't really feeling a burger for dinner tonight, but I just wasn't that good. I had the Royal Red and it was lacking flavor and the Fries were ok. The family enjoyed their meal but they too were not impressed."
