"Very disappointed in my Mexican Wrap. It was supposed to have black beans and instead it had chickpeas/garbanzo beans. Entirely different flavor and texture. It also fell short in the amount of cheese. The rice is different than in the past and definitely not the same quality and taste. Pizza Time has been one of my favorites for 20 years so I will give it another chance."
"I have loved pizza time subs in the past. I got a veggie pizza today and it was SO salty, I could not eat much. My lips hurt. Half our order was also missing, although it was sent later. It may be awhile before we try them again."
"Today was the first time visiting this restaurant. The pizza and wings are good but the service deserves less than 1 star. I ordered the combo pizza and 16 wings. My wife loves BBQ wings and I love Buffalo wings, for some reason they said they can't do 8 BBQ and 8 Buffalo. Then I ordered the 16 BBQ, the BBQ sauce doesn't look like BBQ and taste like something else. I am not sure what it was but I had some BBQ sauce at home to save the day. Being my first time in the restaurant I wasn't familiar with the menu and the guy in the front was rushing me to order. He didn't even ask if I want toppings on my pizza or if I want a drink or something else."
