"How are you gonna make someone pay that much, wait OVER an hour for their pizza(which was said to take 30-40 minutes, but just the tracking section where it said "preparing" took more than that), then deliver it so cold I have to warm it up in the oven? Maybe y'all are busy right now, I'm not sure. Regardless, that was kinda ridiculous. Not so much as a notification that it would be late or an update to the estimated time, then(as I said) it shows up FREEZING COLD. I'm sorry. I'm just hangry, and waiting for my pizza to warm up."
"There's never a real issue with the store sometimes the orders come a little bit messy which isn't too much of a problem. As a former employee of the Broadlands Papa John's just try and get the staff to use a little less sauce on the garlic knots and try and be a little bit more consistent and their serving."
