"Technicians are not scheduled to come at the time I’m told to be home for them to do a recall repair on my 1 year old HVAC system. First time, I was told my window was on a specific day between 8:00am - 10:000am. Technician did not show and I had a 2:00pm appointment elsewhere so was not home when they had planned to arrive…at 5:30pm! Spoke with a representative of the company and was re-scheduled for the first appointment of the day 2 weeks later with a window of 8:00am - 10:00am. Technician DID NOT show up during that window. Instead, he appeared at 11:25am as I was leaving for another appointment which I had to reschedule unless I wanted to wait once again for this company’s technical to fail to show up on time yet again. Stay away from this company."
