"On 1/22 I mobile ordered a drink and my fiancée brought it to me at work, that’s when I realized It wasn’t made correctly. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. The next day (1/23) around 4:45 we went in and explained the situation to the worker (not sure if she was a manager or not) argued with us and said It wasn’t worth making another drink over and got passive aggressive with us and stated “since we know business so much we should become a manager” Very rude and unprofessional. It’s also the worst Dunkin food, donuts and coffee wise I’ve ever been at. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend."

"Probably one of the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I’ve seen several workers mess up on numerous drinks and have to start over. You sit in the drive thru for a solid 20 minutes before you move. Their business model is far from efficient. Some of the workers act as if you are impeding on their life by ordering a coffee. Management could do better as well."

"I get coffee here every morning that I'm able to if not out of state. I use the dunkin app once I send it through the worker's get right on it, and they have it finished pretty quickly . The workers are nice and fast."

"Ordered a BEC on bagel and a SEC on a crossiant. Asked for mayo on on the bagel...didn't get any and my bagel was a little burnt. Got no cheese on the crossiant sandwich either. I've had better there but today was just not up to par."

"Not really crazy about my breakfast!! My Everything Bagel was toasted until burnt and for some odd reason microwave until tough!!! Very disappointed ☹️ but my Lemon Donut was pretty good!!"
