"We have a Wolf Range in our winery tasting room kitchen. The thermostat had to be replaced and I couldn't locate the model and serial number. Matt spent a lot of time with the manufacturer and was able to order and install the thermostat. Above and beyond what was expected! We've also used Matt for service on refrigerators and washing machines. Always first rate!"

"Not only did the company state that they would call back and schedule an appointment for a later date (which they did not do). A week later the owner (of the appliance) called the company and the company stated that they would call between the hours is 1 and 5 pm, they called around 2:30 pm. The owner (of the fridge) was on another call and unable to answer the phone at that time. Less than 5 minutes later the owner attempted to call back and the service man from the company did not answer his phone. Multiple calls and texts were attempted with no answer. Finally the company was called on their main line and these issues were expressed. A appointment was set up to meet at the owner’s house to have the service man look at the appliance. The service man appeared on the owner’s private property without notice and made no attempt to call/text and inform the owner that they were present on the property. As the owner was pulling into the property to talk to the driver for Matt’s Appliance Service, they rudely pulled out and around the vehicle not stopping when the owner attempted to flag him down. The service call was cancelled as this was both a waste of time and money for the owner of the appliance."

"I cannot thank the people at Matt's appliance enough for their help on my fridge. In short, my maytag refrigerator went out earlier this year due to a faulty compressor. The parts sent from the manufacturer were not correct to repair the fridge. Matt and his team went above and beyond in speaking to the manufacturer and with their help I was able to receive a new fridge. Even though my appliance was out of warranty, they did everything to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks again to Matt and his team! And a special thanks to the office ladies who listened to me complain every time, great people!"
