"Clean and quick. Stopped after escaping DC traffic on our way south. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap, Gyro and Mozzarella Sticks hit the spot!!"
"Having timed it, it took literally 33 minutes to get through the drive thru because as soon as you pull up to order you hear "thank you for choosing Arby's I'll be with you in one moment" Apart from what should have been a 10 minute stop being 30+ minutes the Mozzarella sticks and jalapeño bites were literally soggy as if someone dipped them in warm water before serving them. I don't blame employees at this Arby's for this experience. This is 100% on the management side failing to do theit part to enforce quality of service. Thank god I don't live near this Arby's so I can justify not stopping by for a quick bite. Worst fast food I've had in a long time. Heck, next time I'll just go to McDonald's across the street"
"They were understaffed, and service was not what fast food should be. The food was good. I had to wait in line for almost 15 minutes to order. When I left the restaurant, there were 10 people in line. I did see 2 people get out of line and leave."
"Haven't been to an Arby's in years. They don't have them around where I live but did the drive-thru at this location during a trip. Roast beef sandwich really hit the spot and brought back memories. Their curly fries are amazing. Drive through was relatively quick and food was super fresh."
