"The lady on the phone hung up on me when I said I couldn’t bring my vehicle in on the couple of days she had. Rude customer service- certainly will not be bringing my car here if that’s how the customer service is"
"I hit a deer and needed a headlight and front bumper. We waited 2 months for parts, which is fine. I understand the market. They told me to finally bring the car in, and it’s been over a month and the car is “still in repair”. Now I no longer have a rental covered by insurance, and they have pushed it back every week. The lady at the front office accidentally giggled out loud when I complained that this is screwing me. Her reason was “we have a lot of cars in the similar situation”. SO WHY ARE YOU STILL TAKING BUSINESS. They’re disrespectful, unprofessional, and seem to have little clue how to manage their time or run their business appropriately. Over a month sitting in the shop for a headlight and zero remorse or understanding. You’d think they’d offer a loaner for me, but no. I will actively go out of my way to never let anyone I know go to this shop."
