"Long story short, there was a sign on the front of the door “ran to the restroom” - after waiting about 5 mins, I decided to wait in my car. I looked to the store and the girl was standing there at the back of the store obviously waiting for me to leave. We looked at each other then I waited a few minutes watching her walk aimlessly around the store before going back up to the door. I knocked on the glass, she didn’t unlock. Take note, this was at 530 .. they’re open until 8. Called and spoke to a manager, she was nice and apologetic but I won’t be returning. The few times I went there, there’s always something that puts me off."

"10/10 do not recommend!!!! I stopped coming to this one particular store a few years ago. So I figured I’d give it another try. They had the same 12 days of Christmas on clearance since 2019!!!!!! So I was super iffy on getting certain things. Let’s not even get on how the store manager was just flat out trashy! I feel bad for the woman she’s training! I will never in life come back to this one."

"Walked in the store to buy hair color. The Associate at the front desk was having a conversation with someone whom may have been a regular. As to coming in the store I was not greeted nor acknowledge in any type of way. After the associate was done talking. She still didn't bother to provide any costumer service to me too check and see if I needed help with anything. Instead she decided to help out a guy who came in the store and helped him out. I was highly disappointed with my experience there."

"Really like Sally's for small store they have a lot of things to choose from. We went looking for some skin care products for my daughter. They had one or two things for acne and we got those but they also suggested other places and other products. A lot of places won't do that and they were really nice about it. Also got some tanning lotion for the tanning bed. It's usually very reasonable there. And if you do hair color that's a place to go."

"Nice clean store with huge selection for all your hair needs. Helpful and attentive staff too. There's always something on sale and the Sally 'card' pays for itself almost immediately. Location is great, tons of parking and other stores nearby (Giant Eagle, Dollar Tree, GNC, Fine Wine Good Spirits, etc.)"
