"It is unfortunate that I am writing this review because I enjoyed using the infrared saunas and hoped to go back. However, I have never seen a business run this way. It is extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with this business. I purchased a ‘rejuvenate’ 3 month membership back in October. I really enjoyed going! But, there were instances were I would go for my appointment and the door was locked, no one was there! I would wait 20 minutes and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. This happened not once but several times. Also, some other appointments would get canceled 30-45 minutes before it started, when I was on the way. I probably spent two hours of driving for the sauna to be closed when I had an appointment. The hours posted are not accurate. I honestly think that because I pre-paid, they did not feel obligated to fulfill my appointments. They can cancel 30 minutes beforehand and I can’t do anything about it. I did not get to use the rest of my last month of sessions because they were closed for weeks at a time. Also, the most frustrating part is that they still charge my credit card every month without my authorization. My contract ended in January. I’ve gotten my money back from calling my credit card company, but it is ridiculous! What company charges your card after your contract is up? That’s theft. This business could be very successful, but it is not worth the hassle."

"Sanctuary Wellness is a hidden gem. Can’t speak highly enough about it for anybody who has had any back injuries or inflammation or sports injuries. I went in yesterday after having to take a week off from stressing and inflaming my knee from exercise. After sitting in the sauna for 35 or 40 minutes my knee felt great:) The same thing happened after I pulled my back last year. After 1 or 2 sessions my back felt great again. After reading up on it I found that there were many benefits to regularly using an infrared sauna so I now go a few times a week. We all absorb toxins in our everyday life and this is one way to sweat them out. I did not sweat the first time I went there so don’t let that deter you. Go back again and you will start to sweat. Make sure to take a book in or listen to music or a podcast and the time goes fast. Enjoy!"

"I had the most amazing experience! The spa was decorated so beautifully, so clean, smelled amazing, and the lady that ran it was so nice! I did the sauna first and then then the salt therapy immediately after. I walked in there feeling so tired and blah. I walked out smiling and in such a good mood. I was smiling and felt like I was on cloud 9. I felt so energized. I fell asleep that night earlier than I had in years. I will definitely be going back!"

"Very peaceful and relaxing spa! Infrared saunas are great and Halotherapy salt bed is so relaxing! My skin is so nice after using the salt bed a few times!! Really helped me kick the cold I had coming on too! Highly recommend as a nice treat for your mind and body!"
