"My wife and mother-in-law both got their hair done at Gino Levi. They both had terrible experiences. My wife went to a scheduled appointment for a cut, color, and style. Her stylist colored her hair, but she didn't do what was asked of her. Not even close. She did something different entirely. And she didn't bother touching up her roots. She also said she didn't have time to cut and style my wife's hair, so she made her leave after just getting a color. My mother-in-law, who has always worn dirty blonde/light brown hair, came out of the salon with auburn red hair with black underneath, and her roots also weren't touched. I would expect more out of a bigger name like Gino Levy. Very disappointed."

"I'm new to Southwestern PA and visited Geno Levi Salon for the first time this week. I was quite nervous as the last haircut I had in MA was terrible. I saw Rebecca and she did a fantastic job! I love short hair, and she was able to give me exactly what I wanted. I've found my new stylist/salon and highly recommend the Geno Levi Salon! 2/3/2022 I had an appointment with Rebecca today, but due to circumstances beyond her control, Rebecca couldn't see me. I saw Jeremy and am as thrilled with his cutting expertise as I am with Rebecca's. I left the salon feeling so much gratitude for the kindness shown, I just want to update my review. If I could give this salon 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat!"
