"I encourage those who have had unfavorable experiences to consider reaching out to the Ohio Attorney General's office to file a consumer complaint. My experience with the establishment was unsatisfactory, as I was charged $200 for tires that were claimed to have 75% tread life remaining. However, the next day, I encountered difficulties on minimally wet/snowy roads. Subsequent tests revealed that the tires failed both the penny and quarter tests. Essentially the shop gave me tires that are not safe for driving at all. Upon contacting the shop and expressing my concerns, I proposed returning the tires and utilizing the $200 towards new ones. However, the shop attempted to sell me lower-quality tires for $450. When I suggested bringing my own new tires for installation, offering the shop to keep the $200 and the old tires in return, the shop refused. As a result, I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office."

"0 stars, he ripped me and my husband along with 2 of my friends for his cars. I bought two cars from him one for me and my husband and one for my uncle to get him too and from his cancer appointments they both were pos cars he scammed 7,000 dollars out of us when we NEEDED HELP AND after my father in law died from what we got from my father in law. 1 week later our car went down because the transmission stopped working HE THEN told us he drove our car for months before selling it to us and all he said was well buy as is but I'll fix it for 900 dollars. Sooo don't buy a car from him off his lot you will be ripped off and he will NOT care if your struggling he cares only for the money he will get from you if you're dumb enough to buy a car rom him don't say u wasn't warned."

"Totally ripped off for $125. First I called and asked if they had decent used tires for my size. He said yes. I drive a sketchy hour to get there and oops doesn't have the right size. Has 2 that will do and tells me the tread is like 1/3 deeper than what I had. Name brand. Alright. Mounted, balanced, disposal fee $125 out the door. Start driving home and notice more shimmying than usual, more than I have EVER noticed (there was some before). Get gas, look at the tires...worse than the ones I had on in the first place. Pitted, wobbles at 25mph. Guy was nice, but I don't even trust these to get me back there to exchange."
