"I was taken aback when ordering at the drive-thru when I had to give my order to a robot. I couldn't find a child's menu so asked the robot if they had one and an employee came over the speaker to answer. I'm not sure what the point of a robot is if there's an employee sitting there listening the whole time? When we got our order, I was about to pull out of the driveway when I noticed they'd forgotten one of our drinks. We were going to go back through the line, but there was already several cars in line so we decided a drink wasn't worth it and left. The fries were really good, but I noticed there wasn't a big difference between size for the price. The picture shows a medium vs large. The burgers would have been really good, but they were extremely salty. I'm not sure if that's a regular thing for Rallys as this was our first time there, or if it was just an accidental too much salt thing that night. The ingredients did taste pretty fresh. We paid almost $30 for barely any fries, our 2 burgers, and a burger under $2 for our toddler."

"Fries were hot!! Burger was barely room temp. Although, the person in front of me had a very large order, then pulled away before they got to the window. I'm sure that did not help the quality of the food."

"I ordered the chicken tenders and it was made to order and hot when i received my order but honestly the chicken tenders were not good!! I should have known to not order chicken from a burger joint. They didn't have the doing sauce that was listed on the menu."

"Horrible, horrible, horrible. Customer service was garbage, I didn't receive any fries with and of my 3 combos and they wanted to try and fight me on it like really I never left the window had everything in the bag pulled out in my lap and the receipt in my hand, also ordered 5 drinks and they told me they didn't have any drink carriers which I clearly seen sitting right behind the lady so I had to ask for one then acted like they were clueless, overall it was bad I will never go back again."
