This is office is unprepared for patients, and has horrible service. they do not provide any type of help when you are sick otherwise then passing you off to the ER and charge you for “there professional advice”. I’ve been a patient for as long as I can remember, because of the convinces of living around the corner from the office. there service has been so bad I am switching my primary care. I will happily walk or search for parking. over ever having to deal with the rude ignorant service ever again."

"This is the worse practice in Philadelphia. I had been going to them and then when I needed my prescription to be filled, I was told that they could not find my records. After waiting 7 weeks to get an appointment, when I arrived today, they told me that I needed a mask. I advised that I did not have one, and they could not provide me one, and was told that I needed to go buy one. This was 8 am and most convenient stores were closed. I asked if I can re-schedule and they advised that there was no availability until late November. This office should not be in business. They are extremely unprofessional. Worse experience, I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. If they treated me that way, I wonder how they treat their elderly clients. They deserve 0 stars."

"This place is the worst!!!! You can’t ever get anyone on the phone ,but they always want to do a phone visit. How is that possible if you need to follow up on my blood pressure. They sent my prescription to a pharmacy all the way in New Jersey. Which makes me think if the diagnosis they gave me was really mine, or is it the person that lives in New Jersey. I’ve been try to call to tell the doctor that the prescription is not working well for me due to severe side affects like I was instructed to do by the doctor, but I can never get anyone on the phone. Even their answering service is terrible. I left messages and never got a return call from the office. Then my second appointment was canceled due to the nurse being exposed to covid.well my last phone appointment didn’t involve any nurses , so the doctor can make a phone call on her own. Really concerned about getting the right medication for me but they could care less. I will definitely be finding a better doctors office I believe the place is more interested in not performing the duties, then getting the patient health in order"
