"I have had trouble with their Castle Shannon Office and now Brentwood. If you need to talk to a nurse, you might as well forget it...you are constantly put on hold for a long time. I had to call 6 times for blood tests results and each time waited over 12 minutes before hanging up. They have no voicemail to leave a message. They should hire more staff if they cannot properly answer phones in a timely manner. No matter what time you call during the day, there is ALWAYS a wait. It's very stressful having to wait for test results . Let me make it clear, the office did call me first, but returning their calls is a nightmare. If you miss their calls you are at their mercy to get your call through . I have never had this problem with any other doctor office I have dealt with. So frustrating!"

"Dr. Jenkins is wonderful! She listens and truly cares. The office staff is very friendly and great at getting the correct paperwork into insurance. I have never had a long wait time when I call in. I definitely recommend giving this practice a try if you're looking for a new primary care."
