"Very run down facility. Smells like cigarettes inside. I felt unsafe in many ways including the parking lot, sketchy elevator, etc. The actual doctor is not only located at another facility, but he's only there one day every other week and does EVERYTHING else virtually. I specifically requested an in person appointment and it was changed to over the phone. I chose to cancel instead. Neurobehavioral medicine is quite literally the last thing that should be done over the phone if you ask me. They also told me that they no longer have a therapist ......like that isn't the main thing that should be offered???"

"I asked to see a therapist the first time I went because I was in desperate need of someone to talk to but they said I had to see the nurse first and she wouldn't let me say no to medication. I just wanted to talk to someone but got bipolar meds instead. The second appointment was a no go too. I wonder why they won't let me see a therapist? I'd give a zero if I could."

"Yet another Weekend that im unable to get my medication because I was told it would be called in last night or this morning and as of yet still haven't had it called in. And of course there is no after hours line so I guess I'll have to skip this entire weekend due to a miscommunication with a scheduled appointment and then being rescheduled due to overscheduling and told I couldn't get it filled because I didn't have an appointment that they rescheduled me for *edit*after receiving a call back from somebody other than my doctor, I was told that I didn't need my medication and I could just quit it cold turkey even though my primary physician advised against that. I was also asked if I would try something else even though if they knew my medical file they would have seen that I have done so in the past and had bad reactions, hence why I was on what they prescribed in the first place. I guess the stigma around mental health treatment follows you no matter where you go. Definitely going to be looking into finding a new provider"
