Arrived at my scheduled appointment time and did not have to wait, therapist was friendly and made me feel comfortable as she worked her magic, message and spine alignment, on my back. I walked out of there in less pain and though I stiffened up a bit overnight, I was still more flexible the following day."

"The therapists at Valley Rehab are thorough and careful to find the exercises and treatments for my aches and pains. As a result, I have made progress in those areas. They also corrected my posture, and I am much more aware of correct posture in order to lessen the problems that my scoliosis will cause me in the future. They assigned exercises to continue that I believe will be of great benefit over time. Even now, I can walk up to two miles with no pain, and I can do other household and yard chores with minimal pain. Thank you everyone at Valley Rehab."
