"The PAs and dieticians are wonderful, and have been very kind to me. However the office staff has ruined my experience with this office. When I was in need of a prescription for the supplies for my continued therapy. I called the office, explaining my situation, having just moved away from the State, the office member I was talking with was short and unprofessional, and appeared to not want to help me out at all."

"Our experience with MDA was mostly a catastrophe. The only bright spot was Dr. Padmaja Chilukoti. She read the records, asked appropriate questions and did independent research to define a problem and develop an action plan to resolve the base issue. Doctor Aparicio made initial determinations before he had test results. When he came in at our second visit he forgot who the patient was and just started talking with my spouse. Who then had to correct the Doctor to focus on me. Even then, he had not reviewed the chart or current results before he saw us. Bluntly, he did not have a clue. After nine months of visits we were no closer to a logical action plan than when we started. Finally when we had Dr. Padmaja Chilukoti, and she by process of elimination came to a conclusion, the MDA office was at best negligent with sending out my records for the next Doctor to act upon. When they finally reached the next Doctor, they came with no instructions, conclusions or cover letter to any guidance for the new Doctor."

"Worst patient care ever. Staff is always mad and short with patients. You have to log into a website that was created in 1990 and try to fill out paperwork only problem is the program code is so old and outdated it’s hard to use. Then they want to scare you with all these what if fees of you cancel or don’t show up( translation we get a lot of no shows because we are horrible). This office needs to become patient friendly and not just for the money."

"I have waited 2 months for the staff to get it together to get all the appropriate information to my insurance for a prior authorization for my 2 daughters diabetic supplies, first neglecting to put on the applicable codes and then submitting the scripts several times to a pharmacy that my insurance didn’t accept. They found a different center to get the supplies from but neglected to tell me that I had to call the company to get the process initiated. So now nearly 2 months to the day from my initial phone call, maybe we’re getting somewhere. Only because I have been persistent in this. Not because anyone in that office has given me accurate information at any step. The place has severely gone downhill. Completely disgusted that a medical facility that is supposed to help people has continued to put the lives of my children at risk due to nothing more than incompetence."

"Every PA that I've dealt with was kind, helpful, and knowledgable. They truly worked hard to help me get my A1C down. I saw Dr. Aparicio and, while he is quite long winded, he clearly cares and wants everything to go well with your condition. He seemed very knowledgable and clearly keeps up to date with the latest studies. The patient portal is also really amazing for when you need to get in touch with your PA for questions or prescriptions and whatnot. I highly recommend this office."
