Burger King

"Went at 5:40 pm on a weekday. Was told that they couldn’t take orders anymore. While someone was at the window getting their order. This location is clearly a joke. Or do you just have an incompetent, lazy, entitled, unprofessional employee at this location?"

"They messed up my order. I ordered a sausage,bacon, and cheese biscuit with no egg and a large sweet tea. I open my sandwich up. There is no sausage but there is egg. The tea tasted sour. I called to tell them and the lady said well you got a biscuit for me to come back in and they will remake my sandwich. I wouldn’t trust them to go back to mess my order up again."

"waited had to ask multiple times on intercom to get someones attention. Took 20 minutes to get my food from order to leaving drive through and the breakfast was stone cold. The hash rounds clearly were fried in greasy that had not been changed in a great while. Definitely will not be stopping back worst burger king breakfast of my life."

"Stopped in at 6pm on a Thursday. First I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with no movement. After getting frustrated I backed out and decided to go in thinking the lady ordering in the drive through was taking her time ordering. NOPE. I go inside and order from a digital kiosk because there was nobody behind the counter. I have been waiting 15 more minutes for 2 jr Whoppers. Nobody behind the counter has said anything about long wait times. No apologies. I already paid or I would have left. There are 2 people just standing there waiting, doing nothing while I see 2 people in the kitchen. This is a sad excuse of my regular experiences at Burger King. I am a patient person but I feel like screaming at these people. I could have killed the cow, butchered it and made my own burgers in the amount of time these people are taking. IT IS NOT EVEN BUSY! If you are a district manager to this Burger King then I suggest you get over there and see why this franchise location is creating such horrible experiences."

"I submitted an order via the mobile app. When I came to the store 24 minutes later it still wasn’t ready and there was no other customers inside. I waited at least 5 minutes until an employee acknowledged me. Meanwhile one of the losers in the back working the grill kept repeating something about Satan and other stupid stuff (I think he was attempting to be funny) and also made comments that Russia should just blow Ukraine off the map. Don’t go here. the employees have awful attitudes about them and are hateful. This BK should be “blown off the map” instead."
