"Got a original chicken sandwich. A thigh. Macaroni & cheese. And a sweet lightning dew. The wife ordered too. Got the wrong drink. Didn't stress it. Was on the fence anyway. Got into my sandwich first. It was way overcooked. Dry. Didn't finish. Macaroni and cheese was good. Bit into the thigh. Also dry overcooked. Didn't finish it either. Told my wife I'm good She says "that was the worst kfc I've had in a long time" she got the tenders. Guess what. Overcooked. Dry. Rubbery. Don't get me wrong. The food is good most of the time. But this was a complete was of money on this day."
"It's fast food. Not much you can say its quick food. Chicken has gotten smaller in size over the last few years. Never the same sometimes it is seasoned some times it is not"
"It's a major chain, so I'm sure there's nothing I can add on a food review that will be adding to a knowledge base. This location has always been fast getting food out. Additionally, the staff are mostly friendly, even when it's obvious that they are short staffed on some shifts. Not my favorite as far as restaurants go, but it will do for something quick."
"I ordered a big dinner for me and my family the food was ice cold I brought it to the corporate offices attention and they said we will mail you a 25.00 dollar voucher the replace your meal that was almost 3 months ago and we still have not received any thing the worst customer service i have ever seen in any restaurant business and iam a monger in the food industry iam sure glad I don't run a restaurant like kFC because this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced it's a shame spend a lot of money on a dinner and it's to cold to eat and then the company just gives you the run around ..........."
"Worst place in fast food history. Very dirty and they are always out of items as simple as sweet tea! Also it take over a half hr sometimes to get your order even longer when they mess it up!!"
