"Owner used to be a US Marshall. Guy has a attitude but rightfully so deserves it and is generally a guy to be buds with. Lovely culture of american cowboy design inside. The trick to enjoying the food is seasoning it with BBQ sauce or placing some spices onto your food. The dryness of the meat and wetness of the sauce adds together nicely to put a tasty tongue flavored BBQ. As a penn state student who's trying join the marines reserves I not only envy but also respect law enforcement. Had a lovely bbq for my birthday."
