"My issue with this place is that the doctors do not want to see the patients. The medicial secretary's voicemail states that "all appointments are telehealth due to COVID-19". Still. In June 2023. I mean, come on. They are not doing telehealth appointments because of the pandemic. They are doing it because it's convenient for them. Which, you are in a mental health field... you need to see your patients in person. It matters. I would ask them to change this policy and require their doctors to meet with patients in person unless the patient wants telehealth for some reason. You are in this to care for people - and telehealth is substandard care, period."

"My son’s therapist was horrible! I’m really shocked she ever made it out of school. She just stopped returning calls and we took it as a sign that we were going to have to let go of the idea of using our insurance for good care. She didn’t even know what existential depression was! Ugh!"

"We have great and not great experiences here. My son’s psychologist is great! She is very understanding and very accommodating to scheduling time and days. When you work full time, have your own chronic health issues, and have a special needs kid getting time off during the day is HARD due to the many appointments we have in our lives. His Psychiatrist is very nice but scheduling with her is horrible. Her scheduler is not understanding or compassionate whatsoever. I mean this is a mental health office. If you are not understanding and want to be argumentative about a time 1.5 years ago when we missed an appointment, please don’t work here. We get threatened to discontinue care if we can’t make a certain day and time because we didn’t call to schedule sooner. We did but then were told that isn’t possible because they always return their calls. Not true! Don’t expect a call back from the practice manager about your concerns as well. They will most likely say they never got a call about that either. I work in customer service and great customer service is not what we are getting."

"I wouldn’t go here unless you are looking for unresponsive, unhelpful, and overall poor quality mental healthcare. Worked with a therapist who I think became tired of me and decided to just drop information on me the day before a major holiday and then never reply to me. Tried to get a referral through the supervisor who similarly ghosted me and never returned my phone calls. If you’re struggling I say you steer clear of these therapists as it’s clear they are not really interested in your well-being. I also had the therapist fall asleep on a zoom call. So save yourself the time and money and get a better therapist."
