"Consistently slow service while at drive thru. It seems as though the purpose is to somehow lower wait time as a metric, but in reality customers are leaving the line and the locally owned business is losing money and returning customers."

"I genuinely think this place has gone downhill a lot since they traded out servers for ordering on kiosks. It's almost impossible to get the staff's attention if you need something or if something's wrong which is super frustrating. I think the foods remain the same quality-wise but stuff is prepared differently now for instance I used to always order cheese fries and they came on a plate with cheese on top now they come with the cheese on the side which is really annoying. I definitely don't enjoy coming here as much as I used to and it's definitely not as cheap as it once was."

"Went inside, became an employee (using a kiosk to make my own order). Kiosk did not work properly, causing myself to hold up the line. Food order came up to the counter they called out my number and just left my order sitting regardless of when I was coming to get it unattended. Anyone could have taken the order or done something to the order. Very poorly executed. Kiosk did not print on receipt items ordered. Kitchen had no idea how to correct the problem. No one really wanted to take charge and handle the issue. A young lady came out, listen to my complaint, said she would get a manager, no manager came. 6 employees we're watching from behind the doorway and maybe a service window. Finally another worker said we have orders to take and left me standing there. I don't like to write bad reviews but I will not return to this restaurant nor give them any of my money again. Bad training, under trained, and ZERO LEADERSHIP. However I had ordered a KitKat milkshake that was great. Sorely disappointed ☹️"

"Late lunch. Fee customers. You must order by kiosk. Not too difficult. The place was clean. Our orders came up quickly. Shakes: pre-made and stuffed in freezers. Not tasty at all. Not drinkable until they thaw. Burgers: paper thin so they cook quickly but there is no real meat taste. Toppings were fresh but while the kiosk says ketchup is standard, ketchup and mustard is in bins at pickup. Cheese Fries & Onion Rings: arrived hot. Fries were so thin the cheese created a soggy mess. There were 7 small onion rings in the order. Bottom Line: Nope. There are a lot better burger options for a lot less money in the area. There is no good reason to give this place your money."
