"My son and I are patients of Dr. Adler's. We have been for 12 yrs now. He was our family doctor as well until my son's father passed away. I didn't realize just how important it is to have a primary doctor that knows your family history as well as your personal medical history until I recently lost my pain specialist due to insurance reasons. If it wasn't for Dr. Adler and his staff I am not sure we could have survived these past months. We lost his father, grandfather and cousin within a span of 6 months. During this time I still had to find a new pain specialist and be a mother to my 12yr old who obviously was in mourning. Dr. Adler didn't question my pain. He didn't have to. He remembered how bad it all was when the original diagnosis was determined. Dr.Adler kept Me! Out of the emergency room and allowed Me! To be where I was needed; with my son."

"This is the worst experience ever. I left forms to fill out for my mother who was expecting surgery and, I wanted to be able be their for her without any complications with my employer or my pay. It’s been going on 4 weeks now and every time I call in which is quit often, they tell me they will put in emergency alert to have them filled out. My mother has had her surgery, the expectancy of having someone their with her 24 hours been difficult for me because of my deadline to have my forms in. I called today and they give me different excuses of him not being in the office, in a meeting, off today, busy with a patient, haven’t received them, still in the chart, not on his desk. This is the worst experience I ever had to deal with concerning a patient. I feel they don’t care at all about my mother well being. I still have not been filled out and the latest excuse is in a meeting. I’m so angry"
