"very poor organization (confirmed appointments that they no-showed for, not answering emails, not answering phone calls, the only seemingly competent desk person/scheduler has to report to higher ups that hold all the power and don't do anything useful), stopped doing virtual appointments with the pandemic still going, employees and doctor don't mask properly, Dr. Paparsenos gave a creepy vibe when I had to go in person, and he doesn't listen to or ask about your transition goals or help try to meet them. The only semi-positive note is that getting in and getting started with basic HRT was a fairly short process, they do offer HRT with informed consent. But, you can get better service and online appointments through Planned Parenthood, so I recommend one of their locations instead."
