"Cancelling my appointments without my agreement!!!!! I called the office and said I need to keep the appointment. They said ok. Coming to office, doing registration and after waiting for 30 minutes and asking why we are not seen, I got an answer that appointment was cancelled. I am sitting here with 2 children and no one care to say they cancelled one appointment for my child. Deeply disappointed. Wasted time!!!!!!"

"Dr. Kamran is the primary for both of our kids, but we’ve seen all three pediatricians there. Every one of them have been great listeners, thorough, and caring. My kids actually like going to the doctor to see them. The nursing staff is great and returns phone calls pretty quickly. The office staff is pleasant, sometimes there are long hold times, but hey, it’s a busy doctors office. I’ve always been able to get ahold of them when I need to."

"The pediatricians and nursing staff have been nothing but great for my kids. However, the billing staff associated with this office have been nothing short of inept. A billing issue arose when my newborn daughter visited in her first days while she was being added to the insurance. While working with the Lourde's billing office to get the issue resolved, they submitted the bill to a collection agency while the claim was being processed, only 3 months after the appointment. Despite calling monthly to drive the issue myself, the billing office has STILL not sent the bill to insurance correctly, despite later appointments getting billed correctly, so the insurance information on file is correct. The billing office has been unprofessional and inept at handling this matter."

"This office is the worst. After taking my son in early one morning for a sick visit, I called back that evening when his fever spiked to 105/106. I received a call back from a tele-health nurse in Tennessee - they apparently don't even have doctors on call. They then held my children's medical records hostage for months and prevented us from being able to find care elsewhere. Even though the doctors seem kind, the front office staff are non-responsive and make everything a nightmare."

"My family and I are extremely pleased with the staff at the Ridgehaven office. The staff are kind and knowledgeable and show that they really care. The office is cleanly and my 3 year old loves to go. I’d feel comfortable seeing all the doctors at this location, but Dr. Kamran is their primary and I recommend her to anyone. She’s amazing with my kids!"
