"Whoever took my order refused to listen to me and just decided to fool around. Argued about what I ordered which I know can be done since I worked at this one forever ago. Rushed me through and threw me my bag with the food just obliterated inside. Old bread. Overly greasy packaging. Only good workers here are the ogs that stuck around. I get it. It’s fast food and it sucks to work. Ain’t mean ya gotta act like a child and do your job like a child"
"I went through the drive through. I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked. Got home and realized they did not give me one of my sandwiches. I called, the girl was nice and said if I came back she would have it ready. I went back up there, the girl said "you're here for the roast beef?" She said "I'll have that right up for you" she went to the back, started talking to the other lady back there, started making another sandwich for someone else. After a few minutes she made my sandwich, pushed it through the window to another girl, who had no idea what to do with it. Finally she turned around to give it to me. So much for having it ready when you told me it would be. Terrible customer service! I'm sure they could have been more rude, but that was pretty awful. Make sure you have all your food before leaving, or just don't go there because they are always slow or forget something."
