"Secretaries need to be more relax chill we are patient, not animals , and all time people call they leave you in the line , until you get tire, and they kind of rude , I’m not a patient there thanks , but I went with a friend for her treatment of chemotherapies and the outside secretaries are very rude and aggressive no a lot people are capable to work in offices as a costumer service, they need to find another job this are patients with cancer , they should be more careful, I’m glad my hospital is Thomas Jefferson the best"
