"I worked here as a teenager back in the day and in my life I’ve never had a job so traumatizing. It was only a couple short weeks that I was able to endure the owner and his little jerk of a son before quitting and finding better employment elsewhere. I never even got paid for my time that I worked as the owner took advantage of me being young and naive. The shop was never thoroughly cleaned in the time I was there aside from general low maintenance. The owner left his underage son in the store alone with me on a Saturday like I was some sort of babysitter. He got a thrill out of belittling employees infront of one another. Overall, I wouldn’t support this business if they had the last scoop of damn ice cream on this planet. Don’t let your kids work here let along eat here."

"no gloves in sight and the man that served us continuously wiped the sweat off of his forehead while serving us. didn’t wash his hands once- served customers, got ice cream from the case, touched the screen to ring people up, handed food to a delivery employee, and not once were hands washed or were gloves put on. disgusting."

"i understand employees are hard to come by now a days but the girl with green hair who i am assuming is a new hire because i come to cold stone regularly was ignorant . i walk in and she literally just stood there and stared at me didn’t greet me nothing. i thought i was waiting for someone to come out from the back because for some reason she was unable to take my order by the way she was asking. i have a buy one get one coupon she totally disregarded my order made one milkshake slammed in down and walked away. the other girl had to complete my order. not only that i paid for 3 add ins that green hair totally ignored also & didn’t put in my milkshake. i am at cold stone so much that most people that work there know exactly what it is that i order & i am just so disappointed with my service today. i am not one to leave reviews but probably the worst customer service/ experience i have had there EVER."
