"I came in a few days ago and there was a super nice man that helped me with all of my questions. I forgot his name his he was wearing his hair in a bun. He was very knowledgeable and kind. However when i was there the woman Lara was at the counter on her phone. Never looked up to say hello to me. There people in line behind me and the woman never offered help. She just sat on her phone. Not very professional."

"In a world of workers that don't show up i came across Nate at the Berlin store. Very welcoming and helpful on the phone and assured me he'd hold a part for me until I got there. Sure enough part was on hold and a very nice woman rang me up. Nate was assisting another customer who was hard of hearing. He was kind and very patient to that customer all the while being professional to the customer and representing the store in an outstanding manner. Hats off to the staff that worked Sunday June 11th and a special thanks to Nate for making me feel like a customer that was valued not just a customer who was an inconvenience. Good work!!"
