"An exceptional limo service. Driver was incredibly friendly, flexible and accommodating. Calls were placed in advance of event to confirm, driver was accessible via txt and call before arriving and ver y enjoyable to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking for great service."
"**BUYER BEWARE** We booked a service to the Phily airport, they asked for $ upfront to confirm, which we sent. Then the airline changed the flight time to 2 hours earlier when we asked for an earlier pick up they could not accommodate the time we asked for (they offered a much earlier time which would not work with a toddler in the middle of the night) so we declined and cancelled the service. When we asked for a refund they said that they don't offer refunds, so we lost the $. We were NOT advised of this policy at the time of booking which feels like bad customer service. They offered a "credit" but for our family we go on vacation maybe once every 3 years so I am sure they will remember by then that we have a credit and with inflation that will maybe cover half the ride if that."
"I have used there service numerous times between home and the airport , and have always had exceptionally good service at very competitive rates. The service is definitely superior. Friendly, courteous, punctual, reliable, and affordable. The cabs are always clean, safe and the drivers were knowledgeable of their city. Importantly, to me, They are prompt in picking you up and taking you to your destination with the quickest and safest route possible. what more could you want? Well Done Micky Cab Co."
