"Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes to get to the window and have to put the order in again. They didn't make the food until the 2nd order. There were 5 people working. Simple order: black coffee, large matcha, bagel with cream cheese NOT toasted. Got a toasted bagel and light and sweet coffee. Never, EVER again!!!!"
