"I ordered via the app and when I arrived the barista was leaning back on counter on their phone ignoring my order. A “manage” walked up and instigated the barista to work on the order to which she started and then paused again for a convo with the “manager.” She finally completed the order and called my name handing me the cup - which did not include any of the sweetener I ordered. It was not busy - I was the only customer at the times"

"No customer service I am trying to door dash a medicine ball, I am home sick with Covid and 2 toddlers. Any type of tea is not on their menu on door dash and they will not allow me to just pay for something else and adjust my order, they are telling me to come in and order it. That is horrible customer service to me."

"Just ordered a Venti and got a Grande. I told the woman that I had ordered a venti, and she was rude about it and said I ordered a Grande. So I asked if I was charged for a Grande at least, and she said yes. Just left and looked at my receipt and they charged me for a venti. Called the store to ask for a credit and no one answers. Mostly just upset about the rude service."
